The popular television reality show The Block 2026 has delivered dramatic room reveals as contestants push to complete their dream houses before auction day. Viewers have watched teams spend their remaining budgets on huge outdoor spaces, garages, and front yards to secure vital prize money. Winning these late weekly reveals gives teams a massive financial advantage heading into the crucial home auctions. In this article, we look at the late week room reveal winners, including Week 10, Week 11, and Week 12.
Key Takeaways
- Adam and Jolene won Week 10 with their outdoor kitchen and hidden gnome strategy.
- Week 11 ended in the first tie of the season between Courtney & Sev and Adam & Jolene.
- Rick and Tayla secured a massive ,000 reserve reduction by winning the Week 12 front yard reveal.
Week 10 saw the teams move outside for the first time this season to work on outdoor living and pool areas. Working outside created huge budget pressure and heavy build challenges for every house on Mount Eliza. Adam and Jolene won Week 10 by making smart choices, utilizing special stone they won earlier and playing a hidden gnome card. They added a custom outdoor sauna right next to their gym equipment to impress the judging panel. Their complete outdoor kitchen featured a barbeque, pizza oven, fridge, wok, drawers, and sink.
The judges were very happy with the layout and functionality of House 1 during the reveal. Darren Palmer noted how well the design matched high end real estate expectations.
“This is clearly a lifestyle proposition, this area and I think that’s pretty wise,”
Marty Fox praised the cooking area, stating that nearby homes rarely feature such great facilities.
“I reckon if you logged onto Mt Eliza right now to look at properties for sale, there would not be an outdoor kitchen as good as this,”
Shaynna Blaze quickly added:
“Unless it’s in the $10 million range,”
Week 11 brought another tough round of building as teams built backyards and garages for a ten thousand dollar cash reward. Courtney and Sev took a major financial risk by taking money from their landscaping team to fund a custom wine rack. Adam and Jolene had the exact same idea for House 1, placing a custom wine rack in their garage to attract luxury buyers. Both teams built gardens complete with private pools and creative art elements. Guest judge Dave Franklin gave high marks, resulting in the first tie score of the season at 34 and a half points each.
Week 12 was the final and most important reveal week of the entire season with fifty thousand dollars off the reserve price at stake. Every contestant wanted this huge prize to help lower their reserve before auction day arrived. Rick and Tayla from House 5 surprised everyone by securing the victory with a simple and clean front yard layout.
